If you are planning a trip or a weekend in Abu Dhabi? How about discovering all of the Emirates?  The Emirates (UAE) are perhaps the fastest growing area for commerce, business and travel in the entire world.  There are many options when travelling to the Emirates, for business, or relaxation...your trip can be an exciting one.   I have listed some of the cool things to see in and around the United Arab Emirates.  Travel and flying information can be found by some of our supporting websites.

Pack up and head out for your flight to the UAE, the weather is often extremely pleasant and dry.   So pack accordingly.
If you love the beach, you will want to go to Jumeirah Beach it is definately one of UAE's prettiest beaches, it is a good first stop so you can unwind and plan for the rest of your vacation.    If you are looking for a job in the UAE, there are many fine companies both local and foreign who are consistantly looking to employ.   The Burj Al Arab is a fine 5-star hotel to suit your taste and perhaps conduct business meetings.  The hotel is uniquely decorated with multi-color lighting which highlights it at night.  It is perhaps the most reconizable Dubai landmarks.  In Dubai, I would recommend the Jumeirah Mosque, which also allows guide tours for non-muslims.  The Museum in Al Fahidi Fort is a great way to learn about the history of the area.  If you are thirsty I recommend the Buddha Bar as a great place to samle local drinks and great asian cuisine.   Are you ready to go shopping in the Emirates, try the Ibn Battuta shopping mall to pack up on gifts, clothes and souvenirs, and make your next stop the Al Mamzar Shopping Center.  No trip to the area is complete without going to the Wild Wadi Waterpark, a huge waterpark on 12 acres using 30 million litres of water for you splashing fun adventure.  If you are more historically inclined, take a look at the Al-Hili Traditional Village and see how the villages and peoples existed in the past.

If you chose the option "short stay United Arab Emirates", visit the UAE capital Abu Dhabi.
From the beginning of your weekend in Abu Dhabi, to contact the tourist office and visit museums and national monuments.
